How to Enter the Competition

Employers wishing to enter their counterbalance fork lift operators

The first stage of testing is an online test which covers: practical skills, underpinning knowledge, attitude, pre-use inspection knowledge and efficiency skills.

Entry opens on 4th April 2016 and closes on Friday 5th August 2016 at 23.59.

The top 40 entrants will be invited to the 2nd stage of testing. These are practical driving heats held at the IMHX, NEC, Birmingham, UK from 13th-16th September 2016.

The 10 Grand Finalists will then be invited to the Grand Final in early 2017.

Individual counterbalance fork lift operators wishing to enter themselves

The first stage of testing is an online test which covers: practical skills, underpinning knowledge, attitude, pre-use inspection knowledge and efficiency skills.

You can enter if you are a counterbalance operator and have had some form of training (basic, refresher, accredited, in-house etc.) in the last 5 years. You can reside anywhere in the world.

Entry is £45.00.

Entry opens on 4th April 2016 and closes on Friday 5th Auguest 2016 at 23.59.

The top 40 entrants will be invited to the 2nd stage of testing. These are practical driving heats held at the IMHX, NEC, Birmingham, UK from 13th-16th September 2016.

The 10 Grand Finalists will then be invited to the Grand Final which will be held on 11th November 2016 at RTITB Headquarters, Telford, UK.
